From the start I’ll warn you be prepared to turn the volume
down. The Logitech® mm28 Portable Speaker powered by NXT flat-panel technology
puts out more volume than you might expect from portable speakers. First time I
plugged them in I had to jump to turn it down. At 1.25” thick it fit easily
into my notebook bag. It weighs 1.3 pounds with batteries (not including the AC adapter.)
Designed mainly for portable MP3, CD player, or DVD players. It comes with a
3.5 mm input cord that stores neatly into its back. The input jack fits into
any standard headphone output. It does come with an AC adapter, or if you want
pure mobility it will run on 4 AA batteries (not included) up to 45 hours. I
thought it sounded quite good, especially when I would play it with the Graphic
Equalizer. It comes with a 2-year limited warranty. The protective plastic
cover is a good design. It protects and folds over to provide a stand for the
speaker.
